Welcome to the HELAL – Web & Ads Documentation.

Our documentation is designed to help customers install, configure, update, and troubleshoot our WordPress Themes & Plugins.

1. Product Installation

After purchasing a product:

  1. Download the product package from your provided download area.
  2. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
  3. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin for plugins.
  4. For themes, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
  5. Upload and install the product.
  6. Activate the product.
  7. Follow the product-specific configuration instructions.
2. License Activation

If your product requires license activation:

  1. Install and activate the product.
  2. Open the product’s license/settings section.
  3. Enter the license information provided with your purchase.
  4. Activate the license according to the applicable license terms.
3. Updates

When an update is available, customers may receive update instructions or automatic/manual update access depending on the product.

Always keep a backup of your website before performing major updates.

4. Troubleshooting

If you experience an issue:

  • Check the product documentation
  • Make sure WordPress is updated
  • Check plugin/theme compatibility
  • Disable conflicting plugins temporarily
  • Clear website/cache/CDN cache
  • Check server requirements
5. Support

If the issue continues, contact our support team with:

  • Product name
  • WordPress version
  • Theme name/version
  • Relevant plugin versions
  • Screenshot or screen recording
  • Description of the issue

Providing complete information helps us resolve issues faster.

6. Custom Development Support

For custom-developed themes and plugins, documentation and support may vary depending on the project agreement.

HELAL – Web & Ads Documentation section-এ আমাদের WordPress Theme ও Plugin installation, configuration, update এবং troubleshooting সম্পর্কিত নির্দেশনা প্রদান করা হয়।

১. Product Installation

Product purchase করার পর:

১. আপনার download area থেকে product package download করুন।
২. WordPress Dashboard-এ login করুন।
৩. Plugin-এর জন্য Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin-এ যান।
৪. Theme-এর জন্য Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme-এ যান।
৫. Product upload ও install করুন।
৬. Product activate করুন।
৭. Product-specific configuration instructions অনুসরণ করুন।

২. License Activation

যদি কোনো product-এর license activation প্রয়োজন হয়:

১. Product install ও activate করুন।
২. Product-এর license/settings section-এ যান।
৩. Purchase-এর সঙ্গে দেওয়া license information প্রদান করুন।
৪. Applicable license terms অনুযায়ী license activate করুন।

৩. Updates

Update available হলে product অনুযায়ী automatic বা manual update-এর সুবিধা অথবা update instructions দেওয়া হতে পারে।

যেকোনো বড় update করার আগে website-এর backup নেওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

৪. সমস্যা সমাধান

কোনো সমস্যা হলে:

  • Product documentation দেখুন
  • WordPress update আছে কিনা দেখুন
  • Theme/plugin compatibility check করুন
  • Conflict করছে এমন plugin সাময়িকভাবে disable করুন
  • Website/cache/CDN cache clear করুন
  • Server requirements check করুন
৫. Support

সমস্যা সমাধান না হলে আমাদের support team-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং সম্ভব হলে প্রদান করুন:

  • Product-এর নাম
  • WordPress version
  • Theme name/version
  • Relevant plugin version
  • Screenshot বা screen recording
  • সমস্যার বিস্তারিত বিবরণ

সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য দিলে আমরা দ্রুত সমস্যা বুঝতে ও সমাধান করতে পারব।

৬. Custom Development Support

Custom-developed theme ও plugin-এর documentation এবং support project-এর agreement অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
