This License Policy explains how products purchased from HELAL – Web & Ads may be used.

1. License Grant

After a successful purchase, the customer receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased product according to the license type and terms associated with that product.

2. Single/Multiple Domain Usage

The permitted number of domains will depend on the license purchased.

If a product is sold with 1 Domain License, it may only be activated or used on one website/domain unless otherwise stated.

If a product includes multiple-domain or unlimited-domain usage, the customer may use it according to the specific license terms.

3. Updates

If updates are included with your purchase, updates will be provided according to the stated update period.

Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, compatibility updates, and new features.

4. Support

Technical support is provided according to the support terms associated with the purchased product or service.

Support does not automatically include custom development or modification.

5. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not:

  • Resell our products
  • Redistribute product files
  • Share license keys or activation credentials
  • Provide unauthorized access to third parties
  • Claim our original code as their own
  • Remove licensing or copyright information where applicable
  • Attempt to bypass license verification or security systems
6. Custom Products

For custom-developed themes or plugins, licensing and ownership rights will be determined by the agreement between HELAL – Web & Ads and the client.

7. License Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a license if the customer violates this License Policy, including unauthorized redistribution, resale, or abuse of licensing systems.

এই License Policy-এর মাধ্যমে HELAL – Web & Ads থেকে purchased product কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে তা ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।

১. License প্রদান

Payment সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর customer purchased product-এর নির্ধারিত license type অনুযায়ী product ব্যবহারের সীমিত ও non-transferable অধিকার পান।

২. Domain Usage

কোনো product কতটি domain-এ ব্যবহার করা যাবে তা purchased license-এর ওপর নির্ভর করবে।

যদি কোনো product-এর সঙ্গে 1 Domain License দেওয়া হয়, তাহলে সেটি একটি website/domain-এ ব্যবহার বা activate করা যাবে।

যদি কোনো product multiple-domain বা unlimited-domain usage-এর জন্য দেওয়া হয়, তাহলে সেই license-এর নির্ধারিত terms অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

৩. Updates

Purchase-এর সঙ্গে update সুবিধা অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকলে নির্ধারিত update period অনুযায়ী update প্রদান করা হবে।

Update-এর মধ্যে bug fix, improvement, compatibility update এবং নতুন feature থাকতে পারে।

৪. Support

Purchased product বা service-এর applicable support terms অনুযায়ী technical support প্রদান করা হবে।

Support-এর মধ্যে automatically custom development বা modification অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।

৫. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার

Customer:

  • Product resell করতে পারবেন না
  • Product file redistribute করতে পারবেন না
  • License key বা activation credential share করতে পারবেন না
  • Third party-কে unauthorized access দিতে পারবেন না
  • আমাদের original code নিজের নামে দাবি করতে পারবেন না
  • প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে licensing/copyright information অপসারণ করতে পারবেন না
  • License verification বা security system bypass করার চেষ্টা করতে পারবেন না
৬. Custom Product

Custom-developed theme বা plugin-এর licensing এবং ownership rights HELAL – Web & Ads ও client-এর মধ্যকার agreement অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।

৭. License বাতিল

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, license abuse অথবা এই policy লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা license suspend বা terminate করার অধিকার রাখি।
