Therefore, we do not guarantee a specific number of sales, leads, conversions, or Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All payments must be completed through the payment methods available on our website or provided by us.
Digital products and services may not be delivered until payment has been successfully confirmed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, HELAL – Web & Ads retains ownership of its original designs, code, documentation, branding, and other intellectual property.
Ownership and usage rights for custom-developed projects will depend on the agreement between HELAL – Web & Ads and the client.
Support depends on the product or service purchased.
Product support generally covers installation, basic configuration, product-related issues, and reasonable technical assistance.
Support does not automatically include custom development or unrelated website modifications.
Some products and services may depend on third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, or other services.
We are not responsible for downtime, changes, restrictions, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

Custom theme, plugin, website বা development project-এর ক্ষেত্রে কাজ শুরুর আগে requirements, features, price, delivery time এবং revision scope নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
চুক্তিকৃত scope-এর বাইরে অতিরিক্ত কাজের জন্য অতিরিক্ত charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
আমরা Meta Ads setup, management, optimization এবং consultancy service প্রদান করি।
Advertising performance budget, audience, creative, competition, offer, website quality এবং Meta platform-এর বিভিন্ন factor-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে।
তাই লিখিতভাবে আলাদাভাবে সম্মত না হলে নির্দিষ্ট sales, leads, conversions অথবা ROAS-এর নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া হয় না।
আমাদের website-এ প্রদত্ত অথবা আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে দেওয়া অনুমোদিত payment method ব্যবহার করে payment সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
Payment সফলভাবে নিশ্চিত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত digital product বা service delivery নাও করা হতে পারে।
লিখিতভাবে ভিন্ন কোনো agreement না থাকলে HELAL – Web & Ads-এর original design, code, documentation, branding এবং অন্যান্য intellectual property-এর ownership আমাদের কাছেই থাকবে।
Custom-developed project-এর ownership ও usage rights customer এবং HELAL – Web & Ads-এর মধ্যকার agreement অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
Support-এর ধরন purchased product বা service-এর ওপর নির্ভর করবে।
Product support-এর মধ্যে সাধারণত installation, basic configuration এবং product-related technical assistance অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে।
এটি automatically custom development বা unrelated website modification-এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
কিছু product বা service third-party plugin, API, hosting provider বা অন্যান্য platform-এর ওপর নির্ভর করতে পারে।
Third-party provider-এর downtime, policy change, restriction, pricing change বা service interruption-এর জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আমরা এই Terms & Conditions পরিবর্তন বা update করার অধিকার রাখি।
